Job Summary
The Cancer Screening Quality Improvement (CSQI) Program, located
within the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease (HPCD) Division,
has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Director State to join
our team! This position coordinates statewide CSQI activities
including healthcare quality improvement work to increase
population-wide screening rates for breast, cervical, and
colorectal cancers.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited
to:
Work may be conducted in-person in St. Paul, or as telework for
applicants who reside in MN, IA, WI, ND, or SD, based on the
business needs of the unit and supervisor discretion. Position
location will be determined by the top candidate and will be based
out of the closest Minnesota Department of Health office location:
St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth, Rochester, Marshall, Bemidji, or
Fergus Falls. Attendance to monthly in person meetings in St. Paul
is required in addition to quarterly meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Four (4) years of comprehensive public health or health care
administration experience in cancer control. Experience to include
