Product Marketing, Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive global information technology related programs across the
business product marketing organization with cross-functional
partners to drive impact, efficiency, effectiveness in support of
our product goals and priorities.
- Define business strategy, governance and controls across
programs like collecting market feedback on all business products
across Meta and Planning Go To Market for all key Business Product
Solutions with the Business Product Marketing Team.
- Ensure the team is aware of key milestone dates, and
communicate issues related to staying on schedule.
- Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure on-time delivery
of technical solutions across all programs.
- Provide hands-on program management during the analysis,
design, development, implementation and post-implementation phases
of the programs.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for all
programs and tasks assigned.
- Manage risks and/or issues and take corrective actions.
- Perform risk management and change management across all
programs.
- Create relationships across teams, moving programs forward,
finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to
appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent
progress.
- Managing stakeholders' communication.
- Work closely with Meta's product and engineering teams to
define team needs metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Provide hands-on project management during all phases of the
project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing,
implementation, and post implementation phases) with an emphasis on
communication to project sponsors, stakeholders and project
teams.
- Drive continuous operational efficiency and effectiveness to
programs and processes, including embracing new tools, systems, and
technology solutions that drive greater efficiency and streamline
workflows in close partnership with cross-functional technology and
operations business partners.
- Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert
them to technical requirements, manage prioritization with
engineering teams to ensure development of new tools and
technologies.
- Lead requirement gathering for internal tooling and work with
key stakeholders to develop and maintain internal tooling & process
ecosystem to drive efficiency for the business product marketing
team.
- Create and maintain the program plans, document changes, track
progress against goals, clearly define risks and mitigation plans
and share results, including complete root cause analysis of
different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, across
priorities.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.Minimum
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology Management, or a related field and two years
of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related
occupation.
- Requires two years of experience in the following:
- Driving strategic programs, supporting product roadmapping,
go-to-market, or product marketing projects with global,
cross-functional teams
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously using program
management methodology and techniques
- Working with cross functional teams including both technical
and non-technical business audiences within large
organizations
- Communicating with technical, business, external stakeholders,
and senior leadership
- Leading strategic and operational Programs
- Working with tools, such as Projects Management Software (eg:
Asana, Zoho), CRM Systems (eg: Salesforce), Roadmapping software
(eg: Aha Roadmaps), Design software (eg: Figma), Launch Management
tools, Visualization Software (eg: Power BI), BI & Analytics
Software (eg: Tableau), and Data Analytics (eg: SQL)
- Developing internal tooling ecosystems to drive efficiency
across programs
- Budgeting and resource allocation across cross-org teams.Public
Compensation:$243,333/year to $253,067/year + bonus + equity +
