Job Description:
A company is looking for a licensed School Social Worker for a
fully remote opportunity based in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to address
students' social and emotional needs
Conduct virtual assessments and provide individual and group
counseling to students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for
students with social-emotional needs
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Valid and current Michigan state social work license (LMSW or
LCSW)
310 certification
Proven experience as a social worker in an educational setting or
related field
Familiarity with the Michigan state education system and
regulations pertaining to school social work
