Account Setup Coordinator BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Setup Coordinator for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN Position Title: Account Setup Coordinator Location: Minneapolis, MN Anticipated Start Date: 10/17/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3 Months Job Type: Monday - Friday (Hybrid Office days are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday in Minneapolis, MN) Pay Range: $19/hr - $20.52/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Banking operation Call handling Financial account handling. Description: This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers. Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customers' products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers, and/or legal staff where applicable. Someone who is a quick learner, someone who enjoys learning new things. Computer Savy IE Excel experience. A candidate who has client/customer-facing experience in a professional setting. Office experience IE Excel and Word, Salesforce is a plus, not a requirement. This is a client-facing role.
