This role demands a unique blend of expertise in Data, Software Engineering and emerging GenAI technologies, as well as a strong consulting acumen akin to that of a senior-level management consultant in a top-tier consultancy, and sufficient sales and senior delivery skills to effectively collaborate with our clients in delivering GenAI solutions.ResponsibilitiesStrategize and Implement GenAI Solutions: Develop and execute strategies that align with Trissential's business objectives. Demonstrate proficiency in using emergent GenAI technologies and integrating them within other solutions, technologies and platforms.Consulting and Client Interaction: Utilize high-level consulting skills to understand client needs, propose GenAI-driven solutions, and provide expert guidance. Act as a bridge between technical and business aspects, ensuring solutions are both viable and valuable.Sales and Business Development Support: Work closely with the sales team in account planning and client discussions, developing services that bring value to our clients. - -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different consulting practices within Trissential to integrate GenAI solutions that enhance our existing services portfolio to drive relevance and growth for all.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in GenAI and related fields, ensuring Trissential remains at the forefront of innovation.Team Development and Leadership: As the practice grows and expands, attract, hire, and mentor a team of GenAI focused consultants. -QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in GenAI and related technologies including but not limited to: Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Foundation Models (FMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Examples include GPT-4, PaLM 2, DALL -E 2, & LaMDA1Strong background in consulting, with an ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutionsStrategic Planning: Developing a strategic framework for integrating generative AI into business operations, with a focus on data privacy, ethical implications, and potential risksGovernance and Trust: Establishing governance structures to ensure ethical use of generative AI and building trust through transparencyBusiness Acumen: Recognizing and evaluating the potential applications of generative AI across various business domainsData Management: The ability to comprehend the role of data and training in generating new content using AI modelsEffective sales skills, capable of engaging in high-level client discussions, solutions & trust building. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a sense of humorEssential skillsMust have prior experience in consulting (minimum of 5 years)Executive Presence, able to influence buyers at all levelsTrack record of resultsStrong online presence, demonstrated thought leadershipBenefitsTrissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. - The annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 plus annual bonus, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications, and reputation within the industry.
