A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to
handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional
service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist with savings card
activations
Utilize training and resources to address patient and healthcare
professional inquiries
Meet performance goals and adhere to work schedule and attendance
policies
Required Qualifications and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience required, with a minimum
of 6 months in a call center
Dedicated home workspace free of distractions
Established home internet connectivity with specified minimum
speeds
Ability to troubleshoot own devices and connectivity issues
