the future together.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform
Maintenance & Repairs: Skillfully complete tasks listed on repair
orders, always within our dealership's guidelines.Diagnose Issues:
Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to inspect,
diagnose, and verify guest concerns for everything automotive, from
air conditioning to engines.Prepare Estimates: Provide accurate
time estimates for additional repairs required, maintaining
transparency and building trust.Address Warranty Concerns: Carry
out warranty repairs flawlessly, adhering to manufacturer
specifications and ensuring every vehicle is in top-notch
condition.Communicate Findings: Be the vital link between our
clients and service advisors, ensuring timely and accurate updates

Succeed Together.Requirements:Experience and Education:High school
diploma or equivalent required; technical school or ASE
certification preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in
automotive repair and maintenance.Technical Skills:Proficiency in
diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic
vehicle systems.Experience with using diagnostic tools, service
equipment, and repair manuals.Certifications:ASE (Automotive
Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is highly
desirable.Valid driver's license and a clean driving
record.Knowledge:Strong understanding of automotive systems,
including engines, transmissions, brakes, and HVAC
systems.Familiarity with manufacturer-specific repair procedures
and guidelines.Physical Ability:Capability to perform physically
demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and standing for
extended periods.Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools
effectively.Problem-Solving:Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting
skills.Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and
accurately.Attention to Detail:High precision and attention to
detail in all repair and maintenance tasks.Commitment to quality
workmanship and customer satisfaction.Communication Skills:Ability
to communicate effectively with service advisors and
guests.Proficient in documenting repair work and explaining
technical issues to non-technical individuals.Teamwork:Ability to
work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues.Willingness
to assist and support other technicians as
needed.Adaptability:Willingness to stay updated with the latest
automotive technologies and repair techniques.Ability to adapt to
new tools, equipment, and diagnostic
