Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst (Tier 1) to provide
customer support and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone support and first-level problem resolution for
customer inquiries
Maintain a positive attitude while managing a high volume of calls
and emails
Accurately record and process customer incidents using various
software applications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Must have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5
years
Availability to work multiple shifts, excluding weekends
