Application Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to assist with IT Business Systems in support of production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and administration for Salesforce, Zuora, Workday Finance, and Spring CM/DocuSign CLM
Troubleshoot and analyze production issues, performing corrective actions as needed
Monitor system health and performance while documenting support activities

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in a support or analyst role with relevant systems
3-5 years of experience writing and communicating technical and functional requirements
Self-starter with a desire to learn new concepts and technology
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
