Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leasing Consultant to work remotely
on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain additional contact information for landowners and prioritize
work as directed by the Development Manager
Engage with landowners to discuss the execution of solar, wind, or
energy storage leases and facilitate the execution of Land
Agreements
Secure real estate documentation and provide necessary information
for drafting executable Land Agreements
Required Qualifications
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Proficient in securing real estate documentation, such as title
commitments and deeds
Strong working knowledge of the technology associated with Land
Agreements
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with project team
members
